Carbon Odour Filters

Carbon filters are specialised components of ventilation systems designed to absorb odours and volatile organic compounds (VOCs). They use activated carbon—a material with a very high adsorption surface area—to trap molecules responsible for unpleasant odours and chemical pollutants.

HEPA Grease Filters

HEPA grease filters are high-efficiency particulate air filters adapted for use in ventilation systems. While not typically used solely for grease, in some specialised applications they capture fine grease particles along with other airborne contaminants. They are made with high-density filter media enclosed in a stainless steel frame.

Sponge Grease Filters

Sponge filters are lightweight, flexible filter cartridges made of porous polyurethane foam with an open-cell structure. They are designed to capture grease and dust particles in ventilation systems, particularly in areas with lower levels of grease emissions.

Nonwoven Grease Filters

These are disposable cartridges made of synthetic fibers (most commonly polyester), formed into a structure with varying density. They are designed for preliminary air filtration, especially in ventilation systems where contamination from grease, dust, and other solid particles is present.
